January 2022 Tips - Pennsylvania Criminal Complaint and Juvenile Allegation Update
*UPDATE* - December 2021 Pennsylvania Criminal Complaint and Juvenile Allegation Changes
On 12/30/2021, just like many of you, we received the email regarding the Pennsylvania Criminal Complaint and Juvenile Allegation changes. These revisions mainly entail creating separate Complaint Number and Incident Number fields on the Criminal Complaint and Allegation Number and Incident Number fields on the Juvenile Allegation.
Our development team received clarification from AOPC and implemented the requested changes. Once the revisions complete the QA process, the In-Synch Systems help desk will reach out to schedule the software update before the May 1st, 2022 deadline.
