Training the right way
At In-Synch Systems, we value customer training and focus our efforts on making sure our customers understand our system. Our training program is developed and managed by a police officer with more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement, who has been certified in Instructor and Advanced Instructor Development. We offer on-site training, webinar training, and comprehensive training manuals for all new customers.
New implementations are assigned a project manager to oversee the project timeline, milestones, and remain a point of contact until the go-live. Our technicians tailor the database with personnel information, login credentials, local crime codes, ordinances, magistrates, courts, and property room locations.
Our services don’t stop after your installation is completed. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. We offer a 24/7 help desk that is “Always working for you”. Our customers consistently rave about our U.S. based help desk.
