  • Do you provide hardware?
    While you are free to purchase you own hardware (meeting our minimum specifications), we can also provide a quote for needed hardware.
  • Can you use a bar code scanner with your system?
    Bar code scanners can be used to import driver’s license information (AAMVA North American Standard), vehicle registrations (PA), and can be used to automate the property check-in/checkout process from within In-Synch RMS.
  • Does your system work on a smartphone or tablet?
    In-Synch RMS will run on any non-ARM based tablets running Windows 8.1/10/11, Professional/Ultimate/Enterprise editions supported.
  • Do you interface with our CAD?
    We interface with numerous CAD vendors across the country. We also provide a standard format to enable CAD vendors to interface with In-Synch RMS.
  • Do you interface with E-Citations?
    While we have interfaced with a couple of specific vendors, In-Synch Systems has designed a common interface that can be utilized by any E-Citation vendor.
  • Do you interface with my ...?
    In-Synch Systems has interfaces with many types of software important to law enforcement, such as CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), Court, Jail, E-Citation, and Crime Mapping/Analysis software.   • How soon can we get up and running with your RMS?
    Each implementation is assigned a project manager who oversees the project timeline and milestones, from contracts to go-live. With your input, our technicians pre-load your database with all of your personnel, login credentials, local crime codes and ordinances, magistrates, courts, and property room locations. In-Synch Systems’ deployment team will install and configure any needed hardware and software. Our goals is to minimize challenges and create a software environment that your agency can utilize immediately.
  • Do you do live training?  Are there training manuals? Do you conduct regional training events?
    At In-Synch, we realize and focus on the importance of training and take several steps to ensure that each attendee understands the basic use of our system, is provided access to our comprehensive training manual, and has direct contact information for their trainer. Our training program is developed and managed by a retired police officer with more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and has been certified in Instructor and Advanced Instructor Development. Whether it’s basic, administrative, or refresh training, In-Synch Systems provides the tools and services your agency needs to be successful.
  • Do you have 24/7 support and how is your help desk?
    Our services don’t stop after your implementation has been completed. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. We offer a 24/7 help desk that is “Always working for you”. Our customers constantly rave about our U.S. based help desk.
  • Do you have State/Federal reporting capabilities (IBR or SRS)?
    We provide FBI standard NIBRS and SRS reporting. For the following states, In-Synch RMS has state-specific reporting: AK CA ID IN KY MO MS OK PA SC TX WI WV VA
  • Do you have data sharing?
    In-Synch RMS offers data-sharing for cooperating agencies through the super master name, organization, address, and vehicle indexes. The super master indexes provide summary information and can include: officer safety, internal notes, photographs, call and case summaries, known associates, warrants, vehicle occupants, etc. In-Synch RMS can also export data to state and federal data sharing, such as the Pennslyvania LEGIS and federal NDEx systems.
  • Do you have a Daily Log?
    In-Synch RMS provides a Daily Log to record specific information regarding events that were handled during an assigned shift/day.
  • Is there a difference between desktop and laptop systems/appearance or workflow?
    The desktop and mobile applications are the same appearance and workflow.
  • How many customers do you have?
    Over 250 agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
  • How large a customer can you handle?
    We have agencies ranging in size from one person to state-wide implementations.
  • Do you offer data conversions?
    Data conversions are based on the amount and type of data for conversion. Data is examined for consistency and conversions are handled with input from the originating agency, on a case-by-case basis.
