Nearly 4 million people are on probation or parole in the United States. Right now, people under probation or parole make up the vast majority of our criminal justice system.

Parole and Probation Registrations

Within In-Synch RMS, users can record Parole and Probation information in their respective tabs in the Warrants and Registration module.

Agencies can record information such as the convicted offense, date of conviction, date of sentencing, date of release, sentence expiration, condition(s) of parole/probation, parole/probation officer, and jurisdiction.

Parole and Probation Notifications

The RMS warning and notification system includes parole and probation records. When an individual has an active (or expired) registration listed in the RMS, any contact with their "person" record (Person Mgmt or Warrants/Registration Mgmt) will notify the user of active (or expired) parole and probation registrations.
