Organization Numbers and Custom Fields
Numbers and/or custom fields can be added to any organization through Organization Management. The terminology and selections in the drop down list can be edited by any agency personnel with administrative access in In-Synch RMS.
Adding a New Number or Custom Field
With an organization loaded in the Org Management window, click on the "Numbers" tab.
Select a number type from the drop down list (A), enter data into the number field (B), and then select the "Add" button (C).
Once the number or custom field has been added, select the "Save" button to save the changes.
Now that the "Numbers" tab contains data, it is designated by a blue circle with a white arrow.
Numbers and custom fields become part of an organization's master index.
