Confidential Contacts on Case Reports

From within the Case Builder module of In-Synch RMS, there is an option to mark selected contacts confidential. This option allows sensitive contacts/contact information (victims, juveniles, etc.) to be sanitized on a printed Case Report. This option only affects the printed Case Report, the contact information is still visible in Case Builder. Marking a Case Report Contact Confidential On the Contacts window of Case Builder, select the "Confidential?" check box next to the corresponding person (A) and then select the "Save" button (B).

When the Case Report is previewed, the selected contacts will have their information display as "Confidential".

Tips: Deselecting the "Confidential?" check box will re-enable the contact's information on the Case Report.
