Windows 10 Upgrades and In-Synch RMS
The July 29th deadline for the free Windows 10 upgrade is rapidly approaching . If you plan on upgrading your agency's computers, please be aware that the computers will often need a new In-Synch license key installed after the upgrade. If you are prompted with the license key error, please contact our help desk at 1-800-243-6540 x 1.
New World CAD Interface In-Synch Systems now offers a CADLink interface from New World's 911 dispatch software. The interface will automatically populate the RMS Call Log with data exported from the CAD software. If your agency is interested in more information, please contact sales@in-synch.com.
Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association Conference In-Synch Systems will be attending the 103rd Annual Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association Education and Training Conference on July 10th-13th at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel in Erie, PA. Future Development Survey Results
With 33.8% of the votes, the winner is: Allow multiple agencies to use a single database. Second place with 20% of the votes belongs to: Make Link-Finder work region wide.
